I worked with Dr. Rajesh  in NIT Jalandhar as part of my M. Sc. Project in Physics. He put in a lot of effort in trying to teach me things right from the scratch. Weekly discussions and meetings helped me in understanding a lot of tricky topics especially in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Working under his guidance, I was able to grasp the basic knowledge and fundamental concepts related to Particle Physics. He also taught me how to use MATLAB and LaTeX. I truly value his contribution as a guide and as my friend throughout my M. Sc. I highly recommend Dr. Rajesh as a programmer, researcher, and teacher.

I am lucky to get him as a mentor. We all (BSc students) are inspired by him every day and now we are waving you goodbye with heavy hearts. It's not easy for us to say goodbye to such a good teacher. He may not take our classes anymore but his teaching will never let us forget him. He will easily find a new set of students like us but we’ll never find another cool teacher like him. His vacancy in this department may be filled by someone else but he is  irreplaceable in our hearts. I will miss all his advice, words of guidance. Dr. Rajesh Kumar is one of the most dedicated and hardworking person I've ever met, inspiration for a number of people. He is always ready to learn, to accept new ideas and suggestions, multi-talented and always organized( one of the best quality I'd like to have in  myself). A best guide who makes physics interesting (taught the right approach to learn concepts of  physics and to understand it and to know it's practical significance). His approach of teaching specially practical's is best. Interactive sessions were worth it and there I've learnt a lot from him and will be learning much more from him in the future. His suggestions/views always helped me to choose the  right for me (in most of the confusing tasks). His uniqueness is quite inexpressible, his communication skills, dedicated nature, politeness all these traits can definitely make you a fan of him. If you're quite disturbed in life and lost all hopes of living, then talk to Rajesh and spend some time I am sure you will fall in love with life again. Best motivational teacher, I have ever met. Well, for me learning Urdu was an impossible task, But nothing is impossible for him. It is hard to believe, but he taught me Urdu in just one week. I learnt a lot of things from him.
